Professor Stephen Logan, Chair of ONE’s Life Sciences Board said: “We have a highly talented and globally-recognised life sciences sector in the region that presents huge opportunities for further development. The shared learnings our network can derive from Jamie’s experience are invaluable in helping to shape and deliver a successful and sustainable future for the sector in the North East of Scotland.”
Dr Jamie Coleman added: ‘This is a fascinating moment in the development of the Life Sciences sector where software and data analytics meet drug discovery and development. Our aim is to build hybrid businesses that combine both disciplines in order to transform healthcare. I am delighted to be able to share my experiences in this field with some of the leading lights in Life Sciences in the North East of Scotland and am very much looking forward to the event.”
