The ONE Digital Tech Business Growth Programme supports founders of innovation-driven enterprises to accelerate their growth through a blend of group learning and tailored one-to-one sessions. The programme incorporates the MIT Disciplined Entrepreneurship 24 Steps framework—an intuitive roadmap that helps founders through key stages of scaling for growth, including topics such as understanding key influencers, decision-making unit, enterprise sales and cost of customer acquisition. This is complemented by sessions on growth finance, branding and marketing, as well as introductions to key stakeholders in the investment community.
In addition to expert-led content, the programme provides a supportive, peer-led environment where founders at similar stages connect, share experiences, and drive ambition to maximise potential for success.
