Suppliers exhibiting at the North East Scotland Food & Drink Showcase can get their products in front key decision-makers from over 100 local and national buyers who are actively committed to sourcing high quality, local produce. Please note, in order to apply, your food or drink manufacturing, processing or production business must be based in Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire or Moray.

EVENT FORMAT

Morning Session

• 9:00am: Welcome and buyer briefing.

• 10:00am - 12:00pm: Morning exhibition session with national and large-scale local buyers.

Networking Lunch

• 12:00pm - 1:30pm: Networking lunch for all other delegates to meet and mingle.

Afternoon Session

• 1:30pm: Afternoon exhibition session with local buyers. Open to all buyers, including national buyers who would like follow-up discussions with suppliers.

• 3:30pm: Event close.

Terms & Conditions

• Your business must already be trading and have capacity for new contracts.

• Application does not guarantee a place. Opportunity North East will review all applications to ensure the region’s full larder is showcased. Where sectors hold a large number of applications, Opportunity North East reserves the right to not move forward with your application. All businesses that apply will be notified of their application outcome.

• If and once your application is accepted, there will be a cancellation fee of £100 payable to Opportunity North East, increasing to £150 if cancellation takes place less than two weeks prior to the event.

• Opportunity North East and Scotland Food & Drink will have access to your full event application.

• Buyers will be able to view only key information about supplier business ahead of the event (name, business name, business about information, targets).

• Suppliers will be able to view a list of attending buyers (name, business name, position in company and about information) ahead of the event.

• On acceptance of your application, you consent to being featured in pre-event publicity/marketing and post-event reflections, including consenting to being photographed at the event, unless you make Opportunity North East aware in advance to the contrary.
