ONE FDA Leadership Programme | ONE

The ONE Food, Drink & Agriculture Leadership Development Programme strengthens the capability of owners and senior managers to support growth during a period of rapid change.

ONE co-invests with participants in a combination of 360 diagnostic reviews and feedback, one-to-one executive coaching and peer-to-peer leadership forums that support ambitious and progressive industry leaders to navigate the challenges and opportunities facing businesses. Guest speakers input on critical subjects to facilitate discussion, learning and the introduction of new business contacts. Time is also built in for round table, private, and peer-to-peer support on current business issues.

The three core elements of the programme are:

• 360 diagnostic
• Executive coaching (up to three sessions with flexibility for further self-funded sessions if required)
• In-person Leadership Forums (series of six group events) tackling common leadership topics tailored to the group’s needs.

Participants have the flexibility to commit to the whole programme or to specific elements, reflecting individual priorities and needs. All are encouraged to participate in the Forum. A learning journey may be added as a follow-on to the programme, depending on demand and support from the participants.

The programme is for CEOs, senior managers or future leaders of established food and drink production, manufacturing and processing businesses in north east Scotland. Industry professionals with experience across multiple companies deliver the programme. It has a flexible structure to meet the individual needs of CEOs and will:

• shape strategies to achieve your growth and performance targets;
• assist with overcoming personal leadership challenges; build on strengths; develop tools, skills and behaviours to adapt and navigate through periods of rapid change and uncertainty;
• develop peer-to-peer support and learning from other businesses;
• inspire with examples of UK and international businesses and leading market insights; and
• equip you with skills to harness the potential of your team.
