ONE FDA Leadership Programme | ONE

The ONE Food, Drink & Agriculture Leadership Development Programme strengthens the capability of owners and senior managers to support growth during a period of rapid change.

ONE co-invests with CEOs, senior managers and future leaders of established food and drink production, manufacturing and processing businesses in north east Scotland in a combination of 360 diagnostic reviews and feedback, one-to-one executive coaching and peer-to-peer leadership forums that support ambitious and progressive industry leaders to navigate the challenges and opportunities facing businesses. Guest speakers input on critical subjects to facilitate discussion, learning and the introduction of new business contacts. Time is also built in for round table, private, and peer-to-peer support on current business issues.

The programme consists of three core elements:

• 360 diagnostic
• Executive coaching
• In-person Leadership Forums tackling common leadership topics tailored to the group’s needs.

Programme flexibility allows participants to commit to the whole programme or to specific elements, reflecting individual priorities and needs. All are encouraged to participate in the forum, which regularly includes a site visit and learning opportunities around participating businesses.

The programme supports the regional food, drink and agriculture growth ambition and the sector's key role in driving sustainable growth, creating jobs for the future, and increasing the premiumisation of the region's produce and value of exports.
