An innovative agritech project trialling the use and application of market-ready digital solutions to transform farming in north east Scotland.
The three-year project, launched in 2022, demonstrates and validates the practical application of smart agritech farming to improve productivity, sustainability, and profitability on farms of all types and sizes. It engages widely across the farming community in north east Scotland and with the supply chain, including trade, processors and end users. To maximise benefits from closer collaboration, particularly improving information sharing, to drive out waste and improve efficiency.

The ONE Agritech Programme is led, co-funded and delivered by Opportunity North East (ONE) working with SAOS and SAC Consulting. The Scotland Food & Drink Partnership's sector recovery plan and Aberdeenshire Council provide funding support. The initial project, set up in 2021/22, was supported by the Scottish Government's North East Economic Recovery and Skills Fund.
