ONE Agritech Programme | ONE

The three-year project, launched in 2022, demonstrates and validates the practical application of smart agritech farming to improve productivity, sustainability and profitability on farms of all types and sizes. It engages widely across the farming community in north east Scotland and with the supply chain, including trade, processors and end users. To maximise benefits from closer collaboration, particularly improving information sharing, to drive out waste and improve efficiency.

Agritech demonstrator farms install, test and monitor a range of agritech solutions as part of the programme:

• Titaboutie Farm, Tarland, managed by father and son team Andrew and Daniel Robertson – an upland livestock farm.
• Tulloch Farm in the Howe of the Mearns kicked off the arable part of the project and a range of other arable farms in north east Scotland will take the project forward.

The programme shares best practice and insights and encourages peer-to-peer learning through a combination of in-person and virtual events, including farm visits and webinars.
