The programme is for ambitious food and drink start-ups that are already trading. It will help you understand your customers and market and develop a robust and practical growth plan.

• Access expert advice and focus on growth strategy, value proposition and market opportunity, and commercialisation.
• Delivered by food and drink specialists who have helped food and drink businesses increase sales locally, across the UK and worldwide.
• Practical steps to develop your product proposition to match consumer and buyer needs and establish a successful business model.
• Workshops, peer-to-peer learning, advice, coaching and mentoring.
• You’ll be joining a group of north east Scotland food and drink businesses that have already completed the programme, benefit from their experience and receive ongoing support from ONE and partners.

Businesses must be based in north east Scotland and manufacture food or drink products.

The 2023 ONE Food & Drink Start-up Accelerator will enable you to develop a practical route map for growth with a focus on:

• Your ambition and strategic growth planning
• Your business model and value proposition
• Customer discovery, market demand and routes to market
• Commercial preparation
• Making new connections within the food and drink industry, building networks and accessing complementary sources of support to accelerate further growth
