Sector experts shared the latest industry insights and addressed what is happening globally, consumer trends in UK retail and foodservice, and the lessons learned from other countries and markets, including China.

Linda shared an insight to how COVID-19 has affected the market, what has been learned from this and how businesses have had to adapt to these huge changes.
James Buchan, Managing Director of Dundee-based digital agency Zudu
James provided a perspective on the current situation in China, how Chinese organisations have adapted their digital strategies through the pandemic and demonstrated why this market is a burgeoning opportunity for UK companies. He also provided practical guidance to companies on how to reach Chinese consumers through effective digital and ecommerce strategies.
