The ONE Graduates into Business programme has placed 31 recent university leavers into roles with north east SME businesses, mainly growing digital and food and drink enterprises, supported by the North East Economic Recovery and Skills Fund. A structured training and personal development programme ensures the companies and graduates maximise benefit.
