Digital Transformation Manager Vacancy | ONE

Reporting to the Director of Digital Tech this new role will support the strategic aims and goals of ONE Digital Tech by working with partners to grow and develop the north east Digital Tech ecosystem and managing the delivery of digital transformation across the region’s key sectors.

Activities will complement and help contribute towards the recommendations of the Scottish Tech Ecosystem Review which outlines an ambitious strategy to establish Scotland as a leading start-up nation. This includes the tech scaler activity to provide access to world-class education, mentoring and opportunities for peer learning and networking through the tech scalers hubs, with the region’s hub in ONE Tech Hub.

The main elements of the role are:

• To develop and lead a programme of digital transformation activity across ONE’s key sectors – food, drink & agriculture, tourism and life sciences, working with ONE’s key strategic Partners and ONE sector teams;
• To develop and deliver a strategy for collaboration and joint projects & programmes in collaboration with ONE Digital Tech strategic Partners;
• To develop and grow the ONE Digital Tech community (physical and virtual) and its contribution to the wider regional digital tech ecosystem.
